Q: What is Deeliver?
A: Deeliver is a mobile app delivery service, which offers a wide range of premium liquor and convenience goods for immediate dispatch from our warehouse to your door.
Q: What are your trading hours?
A: We are currently trading from 10AM to 11PM 7 days a week.
Q: What are your liquor trading hours?
A: We are currently delivering liquor from 10AM to 8PM. Stay tuned for updated liquor trading hours.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders are placed on our mobile app which is available for free download on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Simply create your Deeliver account, browse our categories, or search for products. Then add them to your cart, select your delivery address and check out.
Q: Is there a minimum order value to checkout?
A: Yes, we have a minimum cart sub-total (before delivery fees) of R150.00 in order to checkout.
Q: Which areas do you service?
A: We currently service most of the Cape Town Southern Suburbs and surrounds, with plans to expand soon. You can view our service coverage map under the Account section on the app.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery fees differ depending on where you are. You will be able to see the delivery fee upon checkout. These fees are calculated based on the distance from your nearest depot.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We strive to deliver orders as fast as physically possible – on average around 30 minutes, depending on your distance from the dispatching depot. However, like most delivery services, we do have to request patience on the rare occasion that delivery takes up to the full 90 minutes stipulated in our Terms and Conditions.
Q: How is my order delivered to me?
A: Orders are facilitated by our friendly and professional drivers, who use their own vehicles. Our drivers sincerely appreciate their tips (100% of the tip goes to the driver).
Q: How do I know when my order is arriving?
A: After you have placed an order you will be able to track the progress of the order in the Orders section of the app. You will see updates and receive notifications every step of the way, including when the driver is en route and when the driver has arrived.
Payments and orders
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Orders are paid for by credit card or any online purchase enabled cheque card, via our secure payment gateway provider.
Q: How do I redeem a coupon or promo code?
A: Coupon and promo codes are redeemed upon checkout. There is a box below the cart which allows you to input and redeem your code.
Q: What if I forget to add something to my order?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot edit an order once it has been submitted.
Q: What happens if there is a problem with my order?
A: If there is a problem with your order from our side, you will receive an in-app status message or we will get in touch with you. If you receive an order which is incorrect, you can give us a phone call and we will rectify the issue for you.
