Fresh, fruity, ready in two ticks!
This baby is made with the zesty magic of Africa's own homegrown Bayab Gin, our Bayab Berry Bramble is a sure festive winner this December and all summer long.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 4-6 blackberries or any berries of choice
- 15ml simple sugar syrup
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 45ml Bayab Classic Dry Gin or Bayab African Rose Gin
- Crushed or cubed ice
- Skewered lemon wedge and berries, for garnish
Method
- Place the berries in your short serving glass and crush using a muddler.
- Add the simple syrup, lemon juice, gin, and stir.
- Add the ice and top with the garnish. Enjoy!
