Introducing the perfect cocktail for the no-man's-land between Christmas and New Year's, one fit for enjoying all summer holiday long: the Cîroc Gingerbread Martini.
It's giving drunk gingerbread man, it's giving easy as hell, it's giving "I'll have another, please ma'am!"
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
- 1 tbsp. store-bought or homemade vanilla frosting
- 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- Ice
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 60ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 30ml Cîroc Vodka
- 60ml Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
- Whipped cream, ground cinnamon, and gingerbread biscuit, for garnish
METHOD
- Place crushed cookies on a small shallow plate. Line the rim with frosting. Dip the rim of a martini glass into gingerbread cookies to coat.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine ice-cream, Baileys, vodka, and Kahlúa. Cover and vigorously shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently place a gingerbread biscuit on top and enjoy!
