Gingerbread Martini with Cîroc

Introducing the perfect cocktail for the no-man's-land between Christmas and New Year's, one fit for enjoying all summer holiday long: the Cîroc Gingerbread Martini.

It's giving drunk gingerbread man, it's giving easy as hell, it's giving "I'll have another, please ma'am!"


Serves 2


  1. Place crushed cookies on a small shallow plate. Line the rim with frosting. Dip the rim of a martini glass into gingerbread cookies to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine ice-cream, Baileys, vodka, and Kahlúa. Cover and vigorously shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently place a gingerbread biscuit on top and enjoy!
