Miss Molly Rosé Blueberry Floats

A crisp bubbly filled with fresh blueberry granita anyone?

Miss Molly Rosé Blueberry Floats are the adultified version of the soda floats you drink for that nostalgic kid feeling. Charged with the world-class Miss Molly Petit Rosé MCC and fresh blueberries, this one is a crowd-pleaser of note.

 

Ingredients

For the cocktail

  • 2 cup of homemade blueberry granita (recipe below)
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 750ml bottle Miss Molly Petit Rosé MCC, chilled
  • Fresh mint leaves

For the Blueberry Granita

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup Miss Molly Petit Rosé MCC

Method

  1. For the Granita: In a medium saucepan bring sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, water, and fresh blueberries to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar and lightly crushing the blueberries. Remove from heat; transfer to a shallow dish and allow to reach room temperature. Once cooled, add Miss Molly petit rosé MCC, and stir gently. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Scoop gelato and granita into your serving glass.
  3. Pour rosé over.
  4. Garnish with mint and fresh blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
