The Inverroche Bee & Bee is our way of lending a hand to our hardest workers, Solitary Bees. It's these Solitary Bees that pollinate the ecosystem and breathe life into the Fynbos that sits at the heart of our gin. However, they find themselves vulnerable due to the loss of their habitat. So, to pay them back, we're introducing limited edition Bee Hotel packaging to give the bees a safe space to nest and rest in your garden.
Infused with fynbos from the limestone-rich soils of the lowlands of the Cape Floral Kingdom, Inverroche Classic Gin is crispy and dry with upfront green, and grassy juniper notes that blends seamlessly with a bouquet of soft flowers on the nose. Redolent of summer citrus, rose petals, and bold florals.
Best served in a nicely prepared mixture of Inverroche Classic Gin with a premium pink tonic stirred gently and garnished with a curl of lime zest or a dehydrated lime wheel.
