Blind Tiger small-batch gin is produced in Cape Town and is named after a secret drinking establishment during the American prohibition era known as a Blind Tiger. Crafted and distilled in a traditional copper potstill and infused with blueberry, elderflower, dragonfuit, angelica and coriander. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: Bright, candied, blueberry forward.
Palate: Smooth, sweet, flavourful.
Finish: Vibrant, fruity, exotic.
