Delightful floral notes come from coriander and other herbs sourced locally, with orange peel from the Cederberg mountains providing notes of sweet citrus.
Only the best ingredients are sourced before brewing using traditional Belgian brewing methods, at the La Brasserie farm near Franschhoek, Cape Town.
