The latest creation from this award-winning craft spirit producer, comes a sincerely African gin that forms part of their Cape Fynbos gin range. A showcase of the stunning flavour and richness of the Western Cape's floral fynbos varieties.
This floral focused Amber gin is rich in the flavours of the region, with warm notes of toffee coming from sweet wild Cape Honeybush and rooibos tea providing hints of aromatic spiciness.
The natural sweetness is balanced by the tart, herbaceousness of moringa from Namibia. Several buchu and Pelargonium species along with other fynbos varieties are infused and the delicate balance between citrus and floral notes is achieved, a signature hallmark of the brand.
A gin that pairs perfectly over a cheese charcuterie board or fruity dessert.
