Inspired by the unfiltered colour released by the juniper berries, Juniper Unfiltered embodies the full personality of juniper. By bringing the unfiltered blue-violet blush of her berries to the fore, it pays homage to the female juniper plant responsible for producing the iconic berries used in gin making. This gin is strongly juniper driven with top notes of fresh rose geranium, sweet hibiscus and rounded out with invigorating undertones of the breath of heaven fynbos for a delicate, yet distinctive gin.
