Sugarbird Juniper Unfiltered Gin Mini 40ml
We've taken gin bake to its roots. This is Africa's first unfiltered gin and celebrates the vibrant purple of ripe female juniper cones. We've always added some signature fynbos botanicals to augment the juniper, cape chamomile and cape may, which not only adds balance but subtle complexity while enhancing the deep colour hues.
Floral, Juniper, Berry, Delicious. This juniper-forward gin pairs perfectly with ostrich, kudu and springbok. Also spectacular with Karoo lamb.
Inspired by the true colour released by the female juniper cone, Sugarbird Juniper Unfiltered is perfect for the classic gin-drinking experience, while being juniper-forward in flavour. This gin embodies the full personality of juniper while still honouring Sugarbird's fynbos roots. It is purposefully dark to revere the Juniper cones' ripe colour and as a result looks a beautiful iridescent purple in a glass when mixed with tonic.
Ingredients: Juniper cones, Cape chamomile, Burgundy sunset conebush, Black pelargonium, Scarlet erica, Rose geranium, Cape may, Crimson- eyed hibiscus, Pink grapefruit peel, Blueberry skins, Namibian myrrh, Grains of paradise.
