INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
- Ice
- 60ml Aerstone Single Malt Scottish Whisky
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml maple syrup
- Top up with ginger beer
- Marshmallows
METHOD
- Fill serving glass with ice and add Aerstone Single Malt Scottish Whisky, lemon juice, maple syrup and ginger beer. Stir until well combined.
- Place marshmallows on a skewer and finish off by brûléeing until toasty. Enjoy!
