If you know the French 95, you’re thinking bourbon-charged bubbles… but we think we’ve dreamt up something better: The Deeliver French 95.
It features Graham Beck Brut NV charged with simple syrup and Sugarbid Cape Fynbos Gin – a subtly flowered gin that’s similar to London Dry but with notes of rooibos, honeybush, rose geranium, and Cape May Flowers. And, made with a whopping total of four ingredients, it’s luxury laziness at its finest!
- 30ml Sugarbird Cape Fynbos Gin
- 5ml Simple Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Graham Beck Brut NV
- Add the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain the liquid into a flute glass and top up with the bubbly.
- Garnish with a lemon twirl and enjoy!
