This is not your traditional pornstar martini – we've made it easier and more convenient, but no less deelicious!
This is the perfect alternative to try when you don't have vanilla vodka on hand – only regular – and there are no granadillas in reach. We've swapped out the vanilla vodka for straight (so you can use the one you've already got in the cupboard if need be) and suggested a passion fruit juice instead of purée so you don't need to go hunting for 'em in the wild. Now you can impress guests with pornstar martini's pronto in just a couple of clicks.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 60ml Smirnoff Vodka
- 45ml passion fruit juice
- 15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 large I Like Eggs Free-Range raw egg white
- 60ml Martini Prosecco, chilled
- Garnish: 1/2 cup passion fruit or edible flowers *season-depended*
Method
- Add all the ingredients except the prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Add the prosecco and gently stir or close the share and tip upside down a couple of times.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a passion fruit half or edible flowers. Enjoy!
