What started with an experiment of 20kg of olives in 1999, Darling Olives has built their business to include not only olives, but also the likes of jams, pastes, rubs, extra virgin olive oils and even olive soaps! As of today, they have a fully FSA audited factory which processes around 100 tons of table olives, all from their own wine farm, where they also produce their olive oils.
