Zone 3 (Outer Areas)

Characteristics:

• 15-25km from warehouses
• Extended delivery (40 minutes average)
• Higher fees (R50)

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering? A: Yes, if we haven't dispatched yet. Call us immediately: [support number]

Q: What if I'm not home? A: For alcohol: We can't leave it unattended (legal reasons). We'll call you to reschedule. For convenience items: We can leave with a trusted neighbor (with your permission).

Q: Do you deliver to offices/businesses? A: Yes. Delivery to reception is fine. ID still required for alcohol.

Q: Can I tip the driver? A: Yes, drivers appreciate tips. Cash or in-app tip option available.

Q: What if my order is late? A: SMS us or call support. We'll track it down and update you immediately.

Q: Do you deliver to estates/complexes? A: Yes. Make sure to include:

Delivery During Load Shedding

The reality: Load shedding affects everyone. Here's how we handle it:

• Deliveries may be delayed 15-30 minutes during peak load shedding
