Making the perfect Aperol Spritz is as easy as 3-2-1. That’s a ratio of 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water.
The official Aperol Spritz recipe, approved by the International Bar Association:
1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
2. First pour 75ml of Prosecco
3. Add 50ml Aperol
4. Top with a 25ml dash of soda water
5. Garnish with a slice of orange
6. Enjoy in good company
