How to use: Place one bag in a mug, pour over freshly boiled water, leave to steep for 3–4 minutes (longer for stronger). Squeeze the bag against the side of the mug, lift out, add milk and sugar to taste. For iced tea, brew strong with two bags in 500ml water, sweeten while hot, cool, top with ice and a slice of lemon.
