The Smous Sauvignon Blanc is a polished expression of the variety — Cape fruit, finished cleanly in stainless steel (with a small portion of lees work for body) to preserve the bright, lifted, mineral-flecked character that defines serious Cape Sauvignon. A flagship-tier white with everyday-friendly drinkability.
Tasting Note: Pale straw-green in the glass. The nose layers green fig, gooseberry, white grapefruit, blackcurrant leaf, fresh herbs and a flinty mineral lift. The palate is taut and zesty, with crisp citrus, green-apple acidity, a fine mineral core and a long, lifted, savoury finish.
