The rich flavour of Pinot Noir is paired with the grace of Chardonnay, (Pinot) Meunier and the distintive qualities of the South African Pinotage grape.
What results is a an exceptional, vibrant, premium sparkling wine. Vivacious pink salmon in colour, an exhuberant burst of bubbles leads to a flavour profile that exudes notes of apricot,
raspberry, beeswax and pears. A pecularly dry but smooth finish can be noted.
Only the best grapes are hand-picked early in the season from the sublime vineyards of Stellenbosch and the traditional equivalent Méthode Champenoise process strictly adhered to.
