Haute Cabrière is a celebrated Franschhoek wine estate, founded by the late Achim von Arnim and now run by his family. Long known as one of South Africa's leading specialists in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay — the two varietals at the heart of fine Champagne — the estate also produces some of the country's most respected Méthode Cap Classique sparkling wines.
The Pinot Noir Rosé is one of Haute Cabrière's most-loved everyday expressions — a fresh, dry, food-friendly rosé made entirely from Pinot Noir, the variety the estate knows better than almost any other in South Africa.
